How are people naming their patches on the svd file? I would like to be able to name the patches I have created before posting. I see that on Grauw's editor he shows a syn, save and reload button on the patch information patch. I can't seem to get that on my version.

Have sweetwater managed to save the names on their patches and if so I wonder how ?

Curious

Hey Rigil,

Patch name editing isn’t possible in the tool yet, but I’ll try to get that into the next version, which I’ll hopefully release very soon. I’m also adding support for saving patches by the way, so you can share individual patches from your PC.

About the Sweetwater patches, no they don’t contain name information. I thought they might’ve had access to an internal build of Roland’s official tool, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

I've removed the patches I uploaded to my Droplr. I had no idea so many people would dislike the idea of sharing these patches, but evidently I was wrong! :D

For the record, if I'd spent money to get great sounds pre-loaded into an instrument, I'd still be more than happy to share them with the world, especially if there were folks who lived in places where they'd never have access to them. People who wouldn't are the reason the world is the way it is.

</rant> ;)

Great.

Sweetwater adds $44,91 shipping for me. They should offer an electronic only delivery, actually, do they?

Electronic delivery is certainly the best option, IMO.

I think Sweetwater must be supplying the additional patches on a memory stick along with the Fisher patches + some printed information.
