For the benefit of Gaia Users.com
Share and enjoy these patches created for the Roland sh-01.

ArpLog-01 - Created for use with world music.
BattleDawn - Reminds me of the anxiety before a battle.
Grumpy-01 - A grumpy old Gaia.
Organ-01 - Not the sweetest of organ sounds, but ok up the higher end of the keyboard.

SwellStrings are a series of patches that use a string backing with an useful lead sound for playing a melody line.

SwellString1
SwellString2
SwellString3

Nice work-around for the GAIA’s lack of keyboard split :).

I need to try out these patches still, the mp3 you posted in the other thread sounds nice though.

I tried them, once again nice patches! I see what you mean with BattleDawn, it somehow makes me think of Jeff Wayne’s War of the Worlds. Thanks for sharing, I had fun playing with them :).

Here is an example of 'SwellString2' used to provide the main melody for this track.

Hmm, it sounds good once it gets combined with the guitar. By itself it sounds a bit... artificial. Maybe the attack is a tiny bit too strong?

Hadn't thought about that. Well that's easy to remedy and save as patch SwellString2a.

Assuming, of course that I haven't reached the limit on the quantity characters I can use for patch naming.

Hahaha, um, can’t do much about that I guess :).
