Have you heard X sound from X song?

Postby JefCostello » Wed Jan 26, 2011 4:44 pm

I'm not really a fan of the Black Eyed Peas but their new single "Time" has this sound that I love which I'm pretty sure I've heard in many other songs or at least similarly. The sound is the one that he uses right after he says "dirty bit". Does anyone know the sound I'm talking about? It's really the only thing that gets me pumped from listening the song making it bearable.

Also I wanted to know if it is possible to recreate the sound in the Gaia and if anyone could offer tips or tell me how they did it.

I just thought it would be cool to have a thread for experimenting Gaia users, in case people wanted help on getting certain sounds from certain songs; thanks in advance.

That nails the sound pretty well and looks like the way it might have been done in the first place.

But I agree it would be a great patch to try to emulate on the Gaia, especially useful for live performances.
Any one attempted it ?
